Where can I pickup my order?
- You can pickup your order either from the Estate Winery, or the Santa Barbara Tasting Lounge. We do respectfully ask that you pick up from the location that you indicated when the order was placed. If you have customized your order, we cannot guarantee we will have it available for pickup at the Tasting Lounge if you selected to pickup from the Winery. Please give us a call at least 2 business days in advance and we can have your wine transferred in advance of your visit.
Can I do a tasting when I pick up?
- Absolutely! We do suggest reservations for the Estate Winery, but they are not required.
How long do I have to pick-up my shipment?
- We are happy to hold each shipment for pick-up for approximately 30 days after the date it is released (the specific date will be noted in your email communications). After the pick-up period has passed, we will charge shipping and your order will be shipped to your address on file. If you require an extension beyond the deadline please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that we cannot hold club orders at our Santa Barbara location past the deadline, and those orders will only be available at the Estate Winery.
