Most would agree that wine and chocolate are an unequivocal match made in heaven. The reality, however, is much more complex as the flavors, smells, and even textures of both wine and chocolate can vary immensely. Join chocolatier Jessica Foster and winemakers Chad Melville and Andrew Murray for an interactive wine and chocolate workshop that will explore the nuances of why certain flavors create magic when paired together…and why others don’t. Workshop includes: (8) wine and chocolate pairings presented in an interactive and educational format.
